SHIPPING PRICES FOR 2024 (CHARGED PRICES INCLUDE VAT)
IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM WITHIN THE EU PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLICK THE “EU/EEA/EFTA – CUSTOMERS ONLY ( € ) OPTION WHEN FIRST ACCESSING THE SITE TO BE DIRECTED TO OUR EUROPE AGENT, CTP.
Each shipment to UK and NON-European countries worldwide is processed through Royal Mail on small orders and DPD for large orders, and is calculated based on the total weight and size of the final package. The calculated charges are shown prior to processing your payment at checkout. Our postage charge either matches or will be lower than the Royal Mail charge for the chosen postage method. This will be evident from the VAT-inclusive charge visible on the franked package received.
Orders are usually posted (not necessarily delivered) within 24 hours of receipt, but during busy periods this can be two days (rarely three days and never more).
Once an order has been despatched, KMT Products cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the Post Office / DPD, or failed delivery attempts to an unoccupied address; it is normal for customers to receive a card from the courier for failed deliveries and they may, for example, have to collect from the Post Office or arrange a redelivery etc.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days if the items are in their original sealed packaging (pristine). Kits also can only be accepted in pristine, resalable condition with the seal unbroken.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage unless the return is due to an error on our part. A refund will be issued once we have received the returned items (this usually takes a few days to process).
Items returned opened will not be refunded as they cannot be resold.
KMT does not have a comprehensive database of all models and compatibilities, and not all staff are necessarily qualified to assist with jet ID.
Acquision of jet-to-model databases and training would be costly (and subject to changes and modifications). We need to keep costs down to provide our jets at competitive prices, and therefore do not have this type of training provision for our staff. We process thousands of orders, so any assistance we are able to provide is done in good faith; KMT accepts no responsibility for misidentified jets.
